Please note - we have no 'spare' pedal harps in NZ, if you are wanting to play a pedal harp while you are in NZ for your holiday or tour ..... please bring your own.  Also I only have 26 string, partially lever harps for hire and will be unable to help if you wish to have more strings or levers on your hire harp.  My goal is to have hire harps available for my students so please don't be offended if I don't have one available for a student of another teacher ... I hire to non students at the risk of being without a harp, and missing a student for myself.

Please don't ask for my personal opinion on other teachers - it would be unprofessional for me to comment in this way. If you are unable to find a harp teacher, I will (on private message) give you the details of pedal/lever harp teachers I do recommend and you can contact them directly.  If you are unsure of what to look for in a harp teacher see "choosing a teacher" in my 'musings' tab for some ideas ... don't settle for the cheapest or closest in location!

I also don't help people by giving advice on which harp you should buy - that's a conversation to be had with your teacher.  If you don't have a teacher, then you have obviously chosen to go at it alone this far, and may as well shoulder the responsibility of buying a harp without a expert advice also.

Please feel free to get in touch if you have a query.
